2. To ensure the password reset email is delivered to your inbox, add noreply@educadium.com to "Contacts" in the email account listed in the Educadium account.

3. LEAVE THE USERNAME FIELD EMPTY!

4. In the “EMAIL ADDRESS” field below, enter the email you entered in the "Student Email" field when you purchased the course. 5. Select the "Search" button. Please allow up to 1 hour to receive the password reset email.

6. If you can’t find it, search the Spam, Deleted, and Updates folders in for noreply@educadium.com. The subject is, “DIVE Online LMS: Password reset request”.
