1. To ensure you receive the password reset email, add noreply@educadium.com to "Contacts" in the student's email account

2. LEAVE THE USERNAME FIELD BLANK

3. In the EMAIL ADDRESS field below, enter the email you entered in the "Student Email" field when you purchased the course. If you don't remember, check your order confirmation email, the login email which was sent to the parent's email or go to diveintomath.com, select the account icon in the upper right corner, then login to your account and view your order.

4. Select the "Search" button.
